A $100.00 Non-refundable Deposit/Retainer Fee must be paid in order to book/secure and hold your photoshoot current rate, time and date. You must pay your Non-Refundable retainer fee in order to lock in the listed rate.

A submitted booking request or a signed contract does not guarantee service without payment of the Non-Refundable retainer fee. Remaining balance must be paid immediately upon arrival. If decided to pay in FULL/PARTIAL(PAYMENT) ahead of your session, the full/partial payment is NON-REFUNDABLE.

Zoom/Phone Consultations are REQUIRED after booking your photoshoot to discuss the details of your session.

Business and Branding Sessions non-refundable retainer fee varies (goes toward session)

Payment of the retainer fee acts as an agreement to all of Vision Queen Photography (STUDIOS) policies.

Any Client that is late arriving to the session will have a late fee added to the remaining balance and the amount of time late deducted from the time allotted for the session. However, if available the client may purchase additional time (option not always available).

Late Fee: An additional $25 surcharge will be added on all sessions where the client is beyond 15 minutes late and $50 when the client is beyond 25 minutes late. Anything after 30mins late will result in a cancellation or additional $75 late fee (not always available).

Set design/themes pricing varies depending on what you request.

If you would like a set design/theme for your session, please leave a brief description below. 

Set design/themes are non-refundable and a fee will need to be paid at the time of booking.

***Vision Queen Photography reserves the right to decline service to any underage client if the attire is deemed unsuitable for a minor with/without parental consent (EX: Two-piece swimwear/lingerie/undergarments(etc.). Vision Queen Photography staff reserves the right to decline service to any client if anything about the session is deemed inappropriate, offensive, or goes against our core company values. ********

At this time, we are limiting the amount of people in the studio please no extras/entourage. 

MASK is REQUIRED upon entry when entering the studio.

COVID-19 Screening, and Waiver form must be filled out before photoshoot.

**All hair and makeup must be done prior to the shoot**

Makeup Artist/Hairstylists are welcome on set for touch up only

All sessions come with a private online proofing and final gallery.

Within 48 hours after your session, you will receive an email with your proofing gallery. All proofs are watermarked, while retouched images are not. Images take approximately 7-11 business days from when client selects images to be retouched (does not include weekends) and NOTIFY the photographer when done selecting their images. Turnaround time may vary for unlimited looks and/or additional retouched images outside of the package. However, there are rush fee options available. Unedited/raw images are not included with your package. You will only receive the number of images listed under the package unless you purchased additional images. All final retouched images come with unlimited printing rights. Clients can print their images from a printing company of their choice (PRINTS ARE NOT INCLUDED WITH THE SERVICE COST).
